Richard was born in 1662.  Richard's father was John Immigrant Buckner and his mother was Deborah Immigrant Ferrers.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Buckner and Elizabeth Crackplace. He had three brothers named Thomas, John and William.  He died at the age of 69 in 1731.
