Richard was born in 1640 in Nottingham Co England.  Richard's father was Col Edward Booker and his mother was Mary   Goode OR Elizabeth Glover Goad.  His paternal grandparents were Boucher Bourchier Booker and <Unknown>. He had a sister named Rebecca.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 90 in 1730.
