Sarah Josephine was born in 1833 in KY.  Sarah Josephine's father was John P Austin and her mother was Mary  (Beaty) Batee.  Her paternal grandparents were Caleb Austin and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Caleb Batee and Elizabeth Wryon.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 26 in November 1859 in St. Francis, Anoka County, Minnesota.
