Charles was born in 1890 and his christening took place on May 4th, 1890 in Willaston, Cheshire.1  Charles' father was John Price Millichap and his mother was Eliza Davies.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Millichap and Ann Price; his maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and Eliza. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, John, William, Ernest, Mary and Lilian.  He was the third youngest of the seven children.
