Matilda Middleton

Matilda was born in 1865 in Stockport, Cheshire.¹ Matilda's father was Richard Taylor Middleton and her mother was Anne Gamble. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Gamble and Mary Thorpe. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William, Richard, John, Mary and Margaret. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 66 on February 1st, 1931 in Wallsend, Northumberland.¹
