Sarah Hughes

Sarah was born in 1890 in Birkenhead, Cheshire.¹ Sarah's father was Edwin Hughes and her mother was Sarah. Her paternal grandparents were Peter Hughes and Ann Walker. She had three brothers and a sister, named William, Edwin, John and Florence. She was the second oldest of the five children.
