Thomas Elson

Thomas was born in 1846 in Beckingham, Lincolnshire.¹ Thomas' father was Patterson Elson and his mother was Catherine. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, John, George, Richard, Joseph, Jane, Elizabeth and Eliza. He was the third oldest of the nine children.
