Heinrich was born on September 22nd, 1663 in Steimbke, Nienburg, Hannover, Germany.  Heinrich's father was Luder (Ludeke) Scharringhausen and his mother was Catharine Krumreide. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Stasha, Johann, Dieterich, Catharina, Anna and Ilse.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 65 in 1728 in Steimbke, Nienburg, Hannover, Germany.
