Axel was born on April 21st, 1899.  Axel's father was Axel Arvid Fremling and his mother was Christine Emelia Tervola.  His paternal grandparents were Rev Karl Framling and Maria Frederika Laine; his maternal grandparents are Olaf Tervola and Annie Hanson. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Charlie, John, Rueben, Harold, Charles, Thedore, Ida and Johanna. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Donald, Harold, Axel, Edna and Lillian.  He died due to murder / assassination, gunshot, at the age of 65 in February 1965 in Chicago, cook co. IL.
