Comte Baudouin le Batisseur de Hainault IV

Baudouin le Batisseur was born in 1110 in Mons, Hainault, Belgium.¹   Baudouin le Batisseur's father was Count Baudouin de Hainault III and his mother was Jolande von Wassenberg.  His paternal grandparents were Comte Baldwin de Flandres II and Ida de Louvain. He had a brother and two sisters, named Gerhard, Ida and Richilda.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died at the age of 61 on November 8th, 1171.¹
