Elisabeth WHITAKER 
Elisabeth was born about 1837. Elisabeth's father was William WHITAKER Sr. and her mother was Elizabeth STAPLER. Her maternal grandparents were John S. STAPLER and Ann NORMAN. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named John, William, James, Joseph L., Elijah, Robert, Nathan, Caroline Celina, Mahala and Nancy. She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.-
