Victor Orman Tilley 
Victor Orman was born on May 20th, 1922 in Orange Co, NC. Victor Orman's father was William Rountree Tilley and his mother was Mamie Mary Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Francis 'Frank' Albert Roberts and Elizabeth 'Bette' Ann Crabtree. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Guy Frances, William Lawrence, Robert Bratcher, Ernest Stearling, Herman Coleman, Wesley Bryant, Royal Fredrick, Ethel Caviness, Nora Elizabeth and Mamie Blanche. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 65 on July 19th, 1987 in Fayetteville, Cumberland Co, NC.General Notes
