Frank Paul Tilley 
Frank Paul was born on October 7th, 1888 in Chapel Hill, Orange Co, NC. Frank Paul's father was Henry Adolphus Tilley and his mother was Mary Josephine Lloyd. His paternal grandparents were James Tilley and Temperance Roberts. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Walter B., James Marion, Henry, Belle H., Dora P. and Katie L.. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had two half-sisters named Lorena Elizabeth and Cora Edna. He died at the age of 94 on March 19th, 1983 in Maryville, Blount Co, TN.General Notes
