Rosetta E. Skaggs 
Rosetta E. was born on October 15th, 1882 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 Rosetta E.'s father was Hezekiah Skaggs and her mother was Ruth Dezarn. Her paternal grandparents were Stephen Skaggs and Rhoda Warren. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Atwood, Mary Ann, Burnette and Emily G.. She was the youngest of the six children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Lloyd, Arabel and Rhoda. She died at the age of 46 on February 12th, 1929 in LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
