Julia C. Skaggs

Julia C. was born on March 8th, 1867 in Missouri.¹ Julia C.'s father was Pinkney Graham Skaggs and her mother was Mariah Jane Pruitt. Her paternal grandparents were Jesse Skaggs and Elizabeth Combs. She had a brother and four sisters, named William H., Helen M., Sarah Ann, Emma Ann and Alice.
