Hallie Bell Skaggs

Hallie Bell was born on December 6th, 1910 in Buffalo, Larue County, Kentucky.  She died at the age of 77 on May 12th, 1988 in Jefferson County, Kentucky.  She was buried in Levelwoods Methodist Cemetery, Larue County, Kentucky.
