Francis Eli was born in January 1866 in Maries Co. MO.1 Francis Eli's father was Asa P. SKAGGS and his mother was Elizabeth Adeline NOBLETT. His paternal grandparents were Henry SKAGGS and Elizabeth NOBLETT. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Harvey H., John, Elizabeth "Bettie" J. and Margaret Louise. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 64 on May 3rd, 1930 in Maries Co. MO. He was buried in Skaggs Chapel Cemetery, Maries Co. MO.2 2 General Notes

Burial in Skaggs Cemetery on May 5, 1930.
