Glen Elmer Russell 
Glen Elmer was born on May 7th, 1906 in Cyril, Caddo Co, OK. Glen Elmer's father was William Elbert Russell and his mother was Alta Elizabeth Harrel. His paternal grandparents were William Hiram Russell and Mary Rachel Plumlee. He had a brother and two sisters, named Lum Elbert, Floe Estes and Mary Elois. He died at the age of 62 on June 18th, 1968.General Notes
