Ruby Rowell 
Ruby was born in 1928 in OK. Ruby's father was James Delany Rowell and her mother was Alice Lecy Simpson. Her maternal grandparents were Perry and Mary Alsie Kizar Roberts. She had five brothers and a sister, named Perry Franklin, James Delany, Jessie L., Thomas Jackson, John Dempsey and Gladys Pearl. She died at the age of 2 in 1930.General Notes
