Frances Albert was born on February 1st, 1892 in Fayetteville, Washington Co, AR and his baptism took place in Death Fact. Frances Albert's father was John Albert Roberts and his mother was Mary Susan Tankersley. His paternal grandparents were Jabez S. Roberts and Elizabeth A. Roberts. He had a brother and three sisters, named Roland, Mary L., Johney Edna and Bertie T.. He was the third oldest of the five children.
