Eliza Virginia Roberts 
Eliza Virginia was born on December 6th, 1843 in Rockingham Co, NC.1 Eliza Virginia's father was Thomas Jefferson Roberts and her mother was Arrena Wortha Hopper. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Roberts and Sarah Joyce. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Richard Polk, William Allen, Thomas Jefferson, Martha Jane, Sarah Ann, Nancy Susan, Matilda Frances, Lucy Jane and Mariah Elizabeth. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 81 on June 6th, 1925 in Rockingham Co, NC. She was buried in Thomas Roberts Family Cemetery, Rockingham Co, NC.2 2 General Notes
