Emmeline Lou Ramsey 
Emmeline Lou was born on March 16th, 1872 in Webster County, Kentucky. Emmeline Lou's father was Andrew Phillip Ramsey and her mother was Rebecca Katherine Humphrey. Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Ramsey and Bethany Phillips. She had five brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Andrew Davis, Rollie Emerson, Alexander, George Monroe, Wade Hampton, Elizabeth Jane "Jennie", Bethany, Palestine, Rebecca Lee and Twin of Alexander. She was the third youngest of the eleven children. She died about 1955 in Webster County, Kentucky.General Notes
