Kay Frances was born on May 17th, 1936 in Cascade, Pittsylvania Co, VA. Kay Frances' father was Thomas Pinkney Pulliam and her mother was Jannie M. Unknown. Her paternal grandparents were James William Pulliam and Nannie Martin Cox. She was an only child. She died at the age of 36 on November 2nd, 1972 in Reidsville, Rockingham Co, NC.General Notes
