Richard Culpepper Proctor 
Richard Culpepper was born on April 4th, 1921 in Granville Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Richard Culpepper's father was Rev. Creasy Kinion Proctor and his mother was Matilda 'Mattie' Culpepper. His paternal grandparents were James Sidney Harris Proctor and Margaret Ann Barbee. He had a brother named Sidney Kinion. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 74 on October 30th, 1995 in Winston-Salem, Forsyth Co, NC.General Notes
