Zelma Parks 
Zelma was born in 1912 in Oklahoma, USA. Zelma's father was Jesse Edwin Parks and her mother was Rosa Evelyn Basye. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Augustus Parks and Rebecca Leona Pinkerton. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Allen Augustus, William Carroll, Curtis Webb, Edwin, Adeline, Leona and Verna. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
