Jessie Bill Painter 
Jessie Bill was born on March 14th, 1938 in Person Co, NC. Jessie Bill's father was William Weldon Painter and his mother was Roxie Long. His paternal grandparents were William 'Bill' J. Painter and Mary Elizabeth 'Mollie Bet' Yarbrough. He had six brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named William Odis, George Washington, Luther Weldon, James Thomas, Edward Reid, Jerry Onzlow, Lela, Infant and Infant. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 63 on November 27th, 2001. He was buried on November 30th, 2001 in Painter Family Cemetery, Person Co, NC.General Notes
