Anna was born on August 29th, 1888 in Indiana.1 Anna's father was John W. PAYTON and her mother was Martha J. HEACOX. Her paternal grandparents were George Alexander PAYTON and Malinda JOHNSON. She had two sisters named Maude Lydia and Jane. She was the second oldest of the three children.-
