Carl Allen was born on August 2nd, 1945. Carl Allen's father was William Alonzo Oberkrom Jr. and his mother was Marilyn Audry Allen. His paternal grandparents were William Alonzo Oberkrom and Betty Hassler. He was an only child. He died at the age of 57 on October 16th, 2002 in Kearney, Clay Co, MO.
