Mary Ann "May" was born on April 11th, 1856 in Paragon, Morgan Co., IN. Mary Ann "May"'s father was Elbert Wells OLIVER and her mother was Louisa E. McKINLEY. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel OLIVER and Barbara "Barbary" WELLS. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John W. , Martin Luther, Charles Ross , Barbara Ella, Louisa Catherine "Lula", Ida Belle, Minnie and Alma M. (Ollie). She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 51 on August 29th, 1907 in Indianapolis, Marion Co., IN.General Notes
