Sterling NORMAN

Sterling was born about 1888 in Missouri. Sterling's father was Samuel Fleming NORMAN and his mother was Martha Jane JACKSON. His paternal grandparents were Meredith Jefferson NORMAN Sr. and Hannah Winn SINGLETON. He had four brothers and eleven sisters, named Andrew Jefferson, Allan, Charles Clayburn, Earl, Josephine, Levena E., Hanna, Nannie B., Julia Catherine, Dora Jane, Sarah M., Virginia Betta, Minnie E., Mary and Pearley. He was the second youngest of the sixteen children.
