Paul Grant was born on January 1st, 1916 in Spray, Rockingham Co, NC.1 Paul Grant's father was Charles Christian Martinson and his mother was Maude Louvenia Grant. His maternal grandparents were Ulysses Simmons Grant and Lucinda Bullen. He had two brothers and a sister, named Charles Kenneth, Howard Walter and Viola Grace.
