William Glenn Kern 
William Glenn was born on August 7th, 1904 in Snowflake, Franklin Co, IL.1 William Glenn's father was Gettis Montgomery Berryhill Kern and his mother was Nancy 'Nannie' Lydie Turner. His maternal grandparents were Monroe L. Turner and Martha Leah Grant. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Clifford D., James Arthur, William, Samuel Jones, Omer D., Pearly May, Nellie L., Carrie, Ivy R., Ruby Furman and Lottie Marie. He was the youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 73 on October 11th, 1977.1 General Notes
