Otto Weldon Houston 
Otto Weldon was born on September 23rd, 1912 in Rose Hill, Carter Co, KS and his baptism took place in Census 1930.1 Otto Weldon's father was Andrew Black 'Andy' Houston and his mother was Leuna Iona Dewhitt. His maternal grandparents were William Ashbury Dewhitt and Lydia Anna Wall. He had a brother and a sister, named Elmore 'Van' and Capitola Marie. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 77 on September 6th, 1990.1 General Notes
