Winifred C. Higgs 
Winifred C. was born on April 13th, 1929 in KY and her baptism took place in Census 1930. Winifred C.'s father was John Lemuel Higgs and her mother was Lucille Craig. Her paternal grandparents were Moody C. Higgs and Nancy Jane Decker. She had a brother and two sisters, named Bobby Fred, Doris Jean and Alice Jane. She was the oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 72 on July 5th, 2001 in Muhlenberg Co, KY.General Notes
