Riley Garrett was born on June 24th, 1946 in Person Co, NC. Riley Garrett's father was Riley Garrett Hicks and his mother was Wilma Thompson Lunsford. His paternal grandparents were William Archie Hicks and Phoebe Anna Riley. He had a sister named Beverly Anne. He was the older of the two children.
