Ray E. Hicks 
Ray E. was born in 1913. Ray E.'s father was Andy Vance Hicks and his mother was Lenora P. Anderson. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Edward Anderson and Amanda 'Rose' Bloyd. He had a brother and two sisters, named Edwin Allen, Rose and Eva Jean. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 63 in 1976.-
