Richard M. was born on December 4th, 1890.1 Richard M.'s father was Phillip HARGAN and his mother was Minnie Ellen RESSOR. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin HARGAN and Mary Catherine ARNOLD. He had a brother and a sister, named Phillip and Rosa Ellen. He was the youngest of the three children. He had seven half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Charles W., James A., Horace C., Arnold N., Thomas M., Clarence M., Silas V., HARGAN, Adda B., Lula E. and Leslie Lee.-
