Phillip HARGAN 
Phillip was born on November 24th, 1889.1 Phillip's father was Phillip HARGAN and his mother was Minnie Ellen RESSOR. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin HARGAN and Mary Catherine ARNOLD. He had a brother and a sister, named Richard M. and Rosa Ellen. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had seven half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Charles W., James A., Horace C., Arnold N., Thomas M., Clarence M., Silas V., HARGAN, Adda B., Lula E. and Leslie Lee.-
