Lucy Ann was born about 1838.1 Lucy Ann's father was Benjamin HARGAN and her mother was Mary Catherine ARNOLD. Her paternal grandparents were Michael HARGAN and Elizabeth WALLINGFORD. She had six brothers and four sisters, named John, James, Alfred, William Arnold, Phillip, Benjamin Warren, Elizabeth, Mary, Catherine and Rebecca Jane. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.-
