Joseph Alexander Goforth 
Joseph Alexander was born on September 6th, 1924 in Cleveland Co, NC. Joseph Alexander's father was George Edward Goforth and his mother was Maggie Elizabeth Pannell. His paternal grandparents were Henry Wright Goforth and Frances 'Fannie' C. Brinkley. He had five brothers and a sister, named John William, Charles Edward, George Martin, Samuel Pannell, Coleman Wright and Zella Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 59 in April 1984 in Brentwood, Prince Georges Co, MD.General Notes
