Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Hillery Foster and Harriet Bevill. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John Buck, Garrett Van, Franklin, Mary Harriet, Mussetta Grace and Osa Myrtle. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She died in 1874.-
