Barbara Ann was born on October 28th, 1942 in Malvern, Hot springs Co., AR.1 Barbara Ann's father was Orlen Eugene Fitzhugh and her mother was Mary Sue Orr. Her maternal grandparents were John Wesley Orr and Nancy Catherine Freeman. She had a brother and a sister, named Phillip Orr and Agnes Jean. She was the second oldest of the three children.
