John Dennison

John was born in 1838 in KY.¹ John's father was Thomas Dennizen and his mother was Martha. His paternal grandparents were Zachariah Dennison and Millie Phillips. He had three brothers and six sisters, named James, Zachariah, Edward, Mary, Rachael, Kizziah, Jane, Martha Jane and Millie. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Sherman, Jacob, Robert, Sarah E and Matilda.
