Stephen Richard Cloud 
Stephen Richard was born on February 26th, 1871 in Okolona, Clark Co, AR. Stephen Richard's father was Samuel Owen Cloud and his mother was Martha Washington Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Charles Roberts and Lucy Townsend. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Charles Samuel, Robert Allen, John William, Frank Bell, Edgar Wesley, Clarissa E., Martha Washington and Lula. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 87 on November 20th, 1958 in Dallas, Dallas Co, TX.General Notes
