Theodore Marcus' father was William Henry 'Willie' Cary and his mother was Johnie B. Unknown. His paternal grandparents were William Alexander 'Pope' Cary and Eliza J. Webb. He had two brothers and four sisters, named J. Vaughan, Horace, Clara Belle, Ruby, Alice May and Geraldine V..General Notes
