Frank CLEMENT 
Frank was born in 1866 in Lamar Co. TX. Frank's father was Hiram Harvey CLEMENT and his mother was Letha Ann FERGESON. His paternal grandparents were William Wesley CLEMENT and Elizabeth SKAGGS. He had a brother and a sister, named Henry and Eliza J.. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 36 in 1902 in Indian Territory (now OK).General Notes
Frank, who was 14 years old on the 1880 census, married Eliza Clementine Lida Dickey 29 Jun 1893 in Indian Territory.
They are listed on the 1900 Census in Healdton, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory. The census reads: Frank Clemmens 34, Eliza Clemmons (transcribed incorrectly by the index committee as Lester) 27, Harvey (transcribed incorrectly by the index committee as Harley) 5, Jep, L. (should be Jep T.) 3.
Also living in the Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, Township 3 is John Clement, the same John Clement (son of Andrew Clement and Lucinda Gage) who was living near Frank Clement's parents on the 1880 census and also living in the Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, Township 5, is Andrew J. Gage, nephew of Lucinda Gage, son of her brother, Amos Warren Gage.
Unfortunately, the pattern of an early death in the men in the family line of Hiram Harvey Clement, replays itself again. Frank Clement died at the age of 34 in 1900, leaving his widowed wife with their two small sons, ages 5 and 3.
