Martha Jane Bryant 
Martha Jane was born on December 9th, 1820 in Hopkins County, Kentucky.1 Martha Jane's father was Solomon George Bryant and her mother was Lavinia Roberts. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Robertson and Martha Jane Bryant. She had six brothers and a sister, named James Robertson, Robert Robertson, Alexander Hart Robertson, Claiborne Roberts, John Robertson, Joseph Roberts and Mahala. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William Mitcheltree, Lewis Henry, George Mitcheltree, Alfred Henry, Clara "Clary" Howard, Sarah Jane and Susan M.. She died in Probably San Bernardino County, California.General Notes
