William E. Bloyd 
William E. was born on September 27th, 1869 in CA. William E.'s father was Levi Jefferson Bloyd and his mother was Amanda Longcor. His paternal grandparents were Emberson Bloyd and Charity Winn Bloyd. He had a brother and four sisters, named Henry, Amanda 'Rose', Ella C., Anna S. and Mary Allie. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 74 on August 18th, 1944 in Tulare County, CA.General Notes
