John K. BUCKLES 
John K. was born on December 14th, 1855 in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 John K.'s father was Alfred BUCKLES and his mother was Susan Elizabeth BOARMAN. His paternal grandparents were John Buckles and Belinda HART. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Joseph L., James Francis, Sylvester L., Charles Ignatius, Francis R., William S., Mary Belinda, Leuva Ann and Sarah. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 55 on September 23rd, 1911 in Glenarm, Illinois. He was buried in St. Bernard Cemetery.1 1 -
