John Henry BUCKLES 
John Henry was born on October 6th, 1873 in Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 John Henry's father was D. Ephraim BUCKLES and his mother was Amanda Ellen Skees. His paternal grandparents were Aaron Buckles and Rachel MERIT. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Aaron Owsley, William David, Samuel Elisha, Sapphira Ann and Elizabeth Rachel. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 77 on March 15th, 1951 in Wingate, Montgomery Co., Indiana.1 General Notes
